BBD Performance has a strict shipping policy. (see below)
 
 
1.ALL PACKAGES FROM BBD PERFORMANCE MUST BE SIGNED FOR UPON DELIVERY 
 
2. Shipping from us to you.....  BBD Performance guarantees your purchase will be to your door in 4 business days or less* from purchase date. Or we will give you $25 off your next purchase!  (*unless specified on purchase) (SDX and LBD injectors can take up to 8 weeks!)
 
3. Every item has a 30 day money back guarantee from date of purchase. Except for SDX and LBD Injectors, Big Bad Duals Exhaust, Custom Milling Work, And BBD Intercooler Boots in custom colors! (due to all the above are custom built)  (For product failure see below)
 
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
May be returned within 30 days for replacement.
BBD will pay the return shipping on defective items only.
After 30 Days, some items may need to be sent to the manufacturer for replacement.
BBD Power Products come with a 1 year warranty
 
NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
May be Returned within 20 days of Delivery
MUST be in NEW / RESALABLE Condition (as determined by BBD Performance).
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Shipping Charges ARE NOT Refundable!
Refund may take up to 20 days for processing, 
Customer is responsible for any charges required to return item to NEW / RESALABLE condition. 
 
4. Core charges..... ALL cores must be RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 20 days after purchase date.  Any core received after 20 days will have an effect of  $10.00 per day deducted from your core charge.  You must send a tracking number or proof of delivery to receive credit! (we recomend sending UPS S.F.D. "Sign For Delivery" or USPS certified)  
 
Please download the correct form for your core fill it out and include it in the box with the return or you will not receive credit!
